As a highly respected Adult Foster Care/Home Care organization, we are accepting applications for reliable, compassionate and understanding people to work with high functioning individuals in home like settings. Duties include, but not limited to, medication administration, assisting and supervising residents with daily life skills such as; ADLs, meal prep/clean up, maintain a clean home environment, and activities/outings. Life experiences with diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, including experience with behavioral health issues is preferred. Must be supportive of culturally competent recovery-based practices and person-centered planning as a shared decision making process. Must support a trauma informed culture of safety to aid clients in their recovery process.

Additional requirements:

Must be 18 years of age and able to pass the required Criminal/drug/driving background checks.
Valid MI Driver’s License and auto insurance required.
High school diploma or GED.
Computer literate.
